After owning a beautiful restaurant on Nantucket Island and two restaurants on the rolling hills of Pennsylvania, I decided to turn my love of food into peddling sauces along with home cooking. My sauces are made and bottled locally and make a delicious gift any time of the year. They can be enjoyed by the most experienced or novice foodie out there. My sauces make any meal enjoyable and easy! ENJOY!!

  • I make these delicious fried green tomatoes and top them with Pineapple vinegar & sesame oil!!
  • My favorite Curry Chicken Salad!   Ingredients: Baked chicken, yellow raisins, celery, roasted walnuts, scallions, yellow peppers, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, Curry powder and salt & pepper.

Chicken Marsala

Buy thin chicken breast cutlets or whole chicken breast and cut in ½ inch pieces and place between plastic wrap then pound until about ¼ inch thin. This also tenderizes them so either way you want to pound them lightly. Place enough flour in a plastic bag to coat the chicken and shake. I also add a heaping Tbsp of Italian seasoning blend. Add oil and butter to a skillet, enough to coat the bottom of the pan and brown the chicken. Add Marsala Sauce to cover the chicken. Then simmer on medium heat about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Add shredded or sliced provolone cheese and browned mushrooms and turn heat off and cover until the cheese melts. Serve with raviolis, pierogies, mashed potatoes, or rice! Enjoy!

Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce

Great on wings, ribs, pulled pork, and more! It’s especially good when you add the Habenero sauce for the perfect Sweet & Heat! I add ¼ bottle of hot to the full bottle of Peach Bourbon. Perfect rib recipe! – Rub ribs with my Everything Spice blend and wrap loosely yet sealed completely with foil and place on a sheet pan in a preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Take out and unwrap the foil brush on Peach Bourbon and Habanero mix if you like the heat, and tightly fold. Then back in the oven for 1 hour on 275 then repeat adding more sauce and back in the oven for 1 more hour and you have perfect ribs!

Teriyaki Cooking Sauce & Orange Peel, Cinnamon & Black Pepper Spice Blend

Take your favorite frozen meatballs or favorite homemade meatball recipe place in a pan, pour teriyaki sauce, 1 cup of orange juice, a Tbsp of seasoning blend 1 Tbsp of your favorite sweet jelly and let simmer, serve with rice. You can also prepare chicken as in the Marsala recipe or pound and flour beef and add the orange spice blend, teriyaki sauce, orange juice, and vegetables, to make a stir fry.

Mandarine Orange & Mesquite Grille Sauce

I use on the grill with meat, vegetables, and corn on the cob. I also use it in place of ketchup on burgers, hotdogs, or other sandwiches.

Habanero Sauce

Try it on everything if you like hot or just add a little to other sauces.

Everything Spice Blend

Add a pinch to almost everything except Italian food!
